Shipping Your Order
I post all products from Australia and parcels are normally dispatched every 1 to 2 weeks.
Hello, I am away at the moment so all products are on backorder until at the 2nd of December.
After dispatch, international shipping times are normally estimated at 10 to 48 business days depending on which country they are going to and the time of year.
Pins and stickers all ship for $3 flat rate and are not tracked by default.
All designer toys / sculptures are shipped with tracking included. The shipping cost is a flat rate based on the weight of the largest item in your order. Any number of extra products may be added for no added charge.
Please be aware, customs or import duty fees may be charged to you when your package arrives depending on which country you live in. Please be aware of what these are as the buyer is responsible for paying them.
If you have not received your order 48 days after dispatch, or if your purchase arrives damaged, then please contact me here or email me directly at [email protected] for a replacement.

Can you dispatch my order sooner than the 1-2 week estimate?
If you are in a hurry and would like to request a faster dispatch, let me know and I will absolutely do my best to accomodate. You may also message me before ordering for an estimate on the earliest I can ship your order out, and estimated delivery time to your country.
Can you send my order with express shipping?
If you are interested in express shipping for your order, please contact me before you make a purchase and I can let you know what the additional costs would be and the post office's estimated time of delivery.
